Previously a Pastor at Springfield Heights Mennonite Church, Rafael now works as the Executive Director at Generation Rising. He grew up in Paraguay before moving to Canada 20 years ago. His wife Myrielle is originally from Quebec and together they have three daughters ages 2-8 years old.
